Other Dark Sky Sites: Starved Rock
What is it?
Starved Rock State Park
is located about two hours northwest of Champaign
near Utica, IL. The site is similar in darkness to the UIAS
ECE Field Station dark site, but is an ideal place to go camping,
boating, hiking, and to pursue other daytime outdoor activities.
